Pricing
Metrica is not sold as a per-seat subscription. An engagement has four stages, and you can stop after any of them. The figures below are the planning numbers we work to — they tell you roughly what an engagement costs, and the written proposal after discovery is the actual price.
The four stages
| Stage | Up to 10 employees | 11–25 | 26–50 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Discovery | €490 | €790 | €1,190 |
| Business audit | €1,200 | €1,900 | €2,900 |
| Implementation | €1,500 – €3,000 | €3,000 – €7,000 | €5,000 – €12,000 |
| Continuous improvement | €250 / month | €450 / month | €750 / month |
Above 50 employees we do not publish a figure — the scope varies too much to guess, so it is quoted after discovery rather than estimated from a table.
What each stage is for
Discovery
A short, paid piece of work — not a sales call. We look at what the organisation currently measures, where that data actually lives, who owns each process, and which management question nobody can answer today. The output is a written picture of that, which is useful whether or not you continue.
Business audit
The core of the offer. We take one area — orders and deliveries, fleet cost, supplier spend — and establish what can be measured from the data you have, what cannot, and what the gaps would cost you to close. Findings are presented, with the indicator definitions and the exceptions that would be worth watching. It stands on its own: the audit is designed to be useful even if nothing is implemented afterwards, because the findings change what a team does next regardless.
Implementation
The first slice, built and working on your data: the import in place, the definitions configured, users and roles set up, and the indicators and exceptions agreed in the audit live. The range is wide because the distance between “a monthly export” and “four sites with three systems each” is large.
Continuous improvement
A monthly stage for the next management need: extend to another area, add a supplier or a location, keep definitions current as the business changes. This is the part that decides whether the tool stays true after month six.
What sets the price
| Factor | Why it moves the number |
|---|---|
| Number of sites and locations | Each one adds data, definitions and people to train. |
| Number of source systems and files | More sources means more mapping, more reconciliation, more to keep working. |
| Scope of the first slice | One process in one place is not the same job as four processes across a group. |
| Data quality today | Clean exports can be used as they are; messy ones need fixing before anything can be measured. |
| Users and roles | Not priced per seat, but more people means more configuration and support. |
What is included
- The deployment itself: hosting, updates and security maintenance for as long as the engagement runs.
- Your data back on request, in a form you can open — it remains yours.
- The indicator definitions in writing, so the numbers mean the same thing next year.
- Access to the Security & Trust page, including the list of what is not in place yet — so nothing is discovered late.
What is not included
- VAT. All figures exclude it.
- Travel, if on-site work is agreed; it is priced separately and agreed in advance.
- Third-party licences for your own systems.
- Custom development outside the agreed scope — it is quoted as a separate piece of work, not absorbed silently.
How to start
The usual entry point is the discovery: it costs the least, it produces something you keep, and it is the only way to price the rest honestly. Tell us the management question you cannot answer today and we will tell you whether a discovery is worth your money.
