How the numbers are treated
Missing data is never zero
If a value is absent, the metric says it is not available and explains why. A dash is a fact; a zero would be a different claim.
Every number has a definition
Each metric is calculated the same way every time, written down, versioned and tested. No figure appears without its formula.
Your data stays yours
No third-party analytics on this site or in the product, and no connection to a system you have not handed over deliberately.
Nothing is guessed
Nothing is predicted or inferred. If a figure appears on screen, it can be traced back to the records it came from.
